Schools and school professionals have different options to choose from when placing an order with steadyGROWpro;
- Order on-line using a credit card. Click Here
- Order online using your confirmed customer number. This will be done through the shopping cart. At the end of your shopping, there is a location for your schools purchase order number to be entered. Click Here
- Create your order by using the "Print Order Form" option to print the order form, complete all of the sections and place the order through your schools normal purchasing process. Orders may be mailed, faxed or phoned in to a customer service representative between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time by using our toll free number 1-800-236-6915. Click Here
A Customer # will be assigned to all educational professionals once your first inquiry or order has been made and processed. You may create your Customer # for your school corporation prior to making orders by simply Clicking Here.
Terms of the sales of steadyGROWpro products to educational institutions and school corporations are net 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Make steadyGROWpro a vendor for your school corporation. Click Here to receive a complete steadyGROWpro business packet with all of the information that your business office would need to place us on your vendor list.
Safe and secure payments for Credit Card purchases are made through Authorize.net. Credit Card payments are made through the Authorize. nets forms and processed with steadyGROWpro and Syndicate Sales Inc. showing on the receipt.
Shipping for steadyGROWpro products are made through common carrier directly to your ship to address provided on your order form. The cost of shipping in the continental United States is included in the pricing of our school growing kits and curriculum modules. All other steadyGROWpro products will incur normal common or small package carrier shipping charges.
If you are dissatisfied with our product for any reason, returns will be accepted if submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Before returning any product, please contact our customer care department to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Product returned must be in its original packaging, include all original material, and must be suitable for resell.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, credit will be issued for the purchase price of the product. No credit will be issued for outbound and return shipping costs.
SteadyGROWpro cannot be liable for product damaged in transit. Please inspect all product immediately upon receipt of your shipment and note any damage on the bill of lading or shipping document. Report these damages to the carrier for restitution.
